The Ruby Red Regal Hotel is the first hotel building guests’ encounter upon arrival to the private peninsula. El Greco Gourmet Restaurant: Located at the lobby area of the Ruby Red Regal Hotel this restaurant provides an imposing environment and excellent service, overlooking the gulf of Aghia Pelaghia, the Ruby Red Regal Hotel swimming pool and the colorful gardens. El Greco restaurant offers an outstanding “A la carte” service with a wide choice of local and international specialties as well as a selection of wines and spirits. Soft piano music will accompany the guests during evening hours. It is the ideal venue to experience the excitement of the “Haute cuisine” on an every day basis. Knossos Restaurant: Located at the Red Ruby Regal Hotel this stylish restaurant features two dining rooms connected with an atrium, glass front doors to allow the lovely view of the sea and the gardens and a spacious front veranda next to a waterfall. Wall paintings inspired by the frescoes of the “Knossos” Minoan Palace, crystal chandeliers and antique furniture compose the unique style of this restaurant. The restaurant offers a choice of International and Greek dishes, serving daily American buffet breakfast and Silver Service Dinner with the first course and bheese presented in buffet style and the choices of main courses and desserts served to guests. Poseidon Greek Taverna: Decorated and furnished with Greek regional flair, this restaurant is a traditional Cretan and Greek taverna. It is located right next to the beach of Aghia Pelaghia overlooking the Aghia Pelaghia fisherman's village and the crystal clear sea. The restaurant offers an “A la Carte” Greek Cuisine and operates for lunch and dinner in an informal and relaxing setting, where guests can experience the authenticity of Greek dining with fresh catches of the day, a variety of the famous delicious Greek “Meze” along with a large selection of the finest Greek wines and spirits. Eternal Oasis Pool Snack Bar: Located by the Eternal Oasis next to the Eternal Oasis pool, this bar is serving drinks, beverages and light snacks daily during the daytime. Enjoy relaxing moments surrounded by the lush gardens of this beautiful Oasis. The bar serves light snacks. Open Monday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Cladissos Beach Bar: A relaxing beach bar located on the Cladissos Beach offering delicious snacks, delightful desserts and a large selection of fresh fruit juices and beverages. It operates only during the summer period, daily during daytime. The bar serves delicious snacks and desserts. Open Monday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Cladissos Cliff Bar: Located on the cliffs in front of the sea, next to the Cladissos Beach and under the Crystal Energy Hotel, this bar operates only during the summer period and for private functions, cocktails and receptions (150 guests outdoors). The bar serves refreshing juices and exotic cocktails and operates only on special occasions.

Mousses Restaurant indoor Pool: This indoor pool, located in the Mousses Restaurant, creates a summer environment for the guests who are enjoying their breakfast and meals there.

CAPSIS MINOAN AMUSEMENT PARK:
The Capsis Minoan Amusement Park is located on the west section of the peninsula and close to the Eternal Oasis bungalow-suites and maisonettes. Surrounded by expansive gardens and cultural richness this Aegean landmark is inviting everyone to revive the Minoan myths.

Inspired by the famous Ancient Minoan Palace sites of Knossos, Phaistos and Malia, the Out of the Blue, Capsis Elite Resort features a brand new fairyland and historical amusement park of about 4.000 sq. m. for children from 4 to 14 years of age and their parents. This unique park will be open to the hotel guests as well as to the public and to all children who wish to experience this, one-of-a-kind for Greece, play land.

This Minoan Amusement Park is the only Minoan Mythological Park in Greece and will introduce children to the world of Minoan and Greek Mythology where the Ancient World will revive in front of their playful eyes. It consists of a main Minoan Palace with various facilities and a range of outdoor game areas.

HOTEL ZOO:
The Out of the Blue, Capsis Elite Resort Private Zoo is a home to many animals and birds from all over the world.

The zoo started with several species in 1995 and has been enlarged every year through the addition of new animals and birds. In 1995, the Capsis Botanical Gardens and Zoo were inspected by Mr. D. Barnes of the WWF England and were found to be in excellent condition and well-organized. He noted that “the animals are in 5-star deluxe cages and surroundings". The Zoo is currently home to the following animals:

HOTEL BOTANICAL PARK:
The first part of the resort's Botanical Gardens was created at the same time as the resort, 30 years ago. Initially "just" a beautiful park with flowers, plants and trees, the Gardens have been enriched throughout the years with additional flowers, plants, trees, and animals from around the world, as well as decorative items, such as statues, marble from neoclassical Greek houses, paths, sitting areas, fountains, ponds, lakes, cascades, waterfalls, and a river. The most extensive remodeling of the Botanical Gardens took place between 1994 and 2003.

Nowadays, the Botanical Gardens cover an area of 167,000 sq. m and are composed of the following areas:
